Values Fit Index (VFI)

The Values Fit Index (VFI) is a recruitment tool that helps organisations better understand how well a candidate’s values align with those of the organisation.

The VFI takes a ranked list of key values chosen by the organisation and measures how well the candidate’s own rankings of the same values compare. The more the candidate’s values align, the better fit they are likely to be for the organisation.
