Introduction To Psychometrics

Learn the basics of how psychometric assessments are used in the workplace. Topics covered include what psychometric assessments are, how they can be useful for organisations, and best practices for administration.

Note: Users who have taken this module as part of other iAssess certifications need not complete it again.

ACT Basic Module 1 (Introducing The ACT)

Gain a detailed introduction to the Adult Cognitive Test (ACT) series. It covers all three ACTs, how they measure different cognitive abilities, and explains how to read and give feedback based in their reports.

ACT Basic Module 2 (ACT For Recruiting Talent)

Learn how the ACT series can be used as an early screening tool for selection. Users will be exposed to methods of applying the ACT for selection for different organisational levels.

OPA Basic Module 2 (Occupational Uses For OPA)

Explore use cases for how the OPA can be used as a selection or development tool for Recruiting Talent, Developing People, Cultivating Leaders and Building Teams. By the end of this module, users should have a clearer idea for how to apply the OPA in the workplace.

A simple introduction to executive coaching, meant to ensure that users are equipped with some basic understanding of coaching in the workplace before being certified to use iAssess assessments for coaching.

Note: Users who have taken this module as part of other iAssess certifications need not complete it again.

OPA Advanced Interpretation & Feedback (Introducing The OPA)

A deeper dive into interpreting and giving feedback based on the OPA. Learn how to conduct more in-depth interpretation of OPA reports, best practices for giving appropriate feedback to candidates, and how to give meaningful interpretation and feedback for selection and development.

Note: This module can be taken as a standalone, but is required for other OPA Advanced certificates.

OPA Coaching

Learn how personality assessments such as the OPA can provide useful insights for executive coaching. Explore detailed case studies for using the OPA for coaching, and get a chance to practice these skills through dedicated sessions with a real-life coach.

OPA Coaching Certificate

Certifies that users:

  • Understand how conduct in-depth interpretation and feedback based on the Big Five and LEADRE.
  • Understand the basics of executive coaching and how the OPA can fit into this process.
  • Understand how to incorporate insights from the OPA into an Individual Development Plan.
OPA Advanced Interpretation & Feedback Certificate

  • Understand how conduct in-depth interpretation based on the Big Five and LEADRE.
  • Understand the best practices to give appropriate feedback based on OPA reports.
