The CARI is a questionnaire that measures Resilience, the ability to deal with stress and to overcome adversity.
Building Resilience helps equip people with the skills they need to thrive in the face of challenges before they arise.
The CARI explains a person’s Resilience in terms of three main Resilience Factors (Coping Capacities, Coping Processes, and Coping Buffers) based on our proprietary Kosh Resilience Framework. More details about the framework and the workings of Resilience can be found in our Resilience White Paper.
A version of the CARI is designed to be more relevant to educational and school settings, and uses simpler language and more academic-oriented examples in its questions. It uses the same framework as the CARI and has the same features.
