occupational outcomes.

LEADRE Competency Framework

In addition, the OPA serves as a measure of key leadership competencies using our proprietary Leadership Competency Framework (LEADRE). 

These leadership competencies have been found to be relevant and appropriate to work, education or settings where leadership competencies are required.
